a Home? Buying
a home can be difficult. It is important in this market to
be pre-qualified before you start hunting for your dream home.
Lending guidelines are strict and many hours may be spent looking
at property only to find out later that you did not qualify
for a loan. It is our policy not to show property to individuals
who do not have a pre-qualification letter in hand. After
January 1, 2009, you will need 3.5% of the purchase price saved
up or as a gift from a relative for your down payment. Most
conventional loans require great credit and 20% cash down.
VA Loans are still zero down! Some of my Fannie Mae foreclosures
qualify
for Home Path Financing which you may qualify for 3% down

Philosophy My
philosophy as a Realtor is simple, be honest and get back to customers
as soon as
possible. I became a Realtor because my previous experience buying
a
home was less than satisfactory. I felt like I was lied to and
many
times it took up to 3 days for my realtor to return my phone
calls. Often times too I felt like I was just signing a contract
not knowing really what I was signing. That isn't the case
working with me. I would rather make my customers happy than to
be dishonest just to make my commission. I will try to get back

within an hour of calling me. With my previous experience as a
teacher
